Shipping policy

Processing time is 7-10 business days from when the order is placed. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS & OR HOLIDAYS. Once your order is fulfilled, it is then shipped and you will receive the order depending on the shipping method you selected at checkout.

All Mad Kreationz apparel is made-to-order, meaning each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Processing time typically takes 7-10 business days before your order is shipped.

Processing times may vary during:

• High order volumes
• Product launches or sales

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please be sure to check your spam folder as well.

Estimated shipping times:

• United States: 7-10 business days
• International orders: 7–21 business days

Please note:

• Shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.
• Mad Kreationz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
• Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
